Cancellation Policy

Fixed-scope plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) can be cancelled at no cost any time before work starts. Once work has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Custom automation engagements can be cancelled with written notice as set out in the project proposal. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the effective cancellation date, including any completed milestones and work in progress.

Where an engagement includes ongoing monitoring or optimization, either party may end the ongoing portion with the notice period stated in the proposal.
