These Terms of Service govern your use of chaimexlabs.com and your purchase of services from Chaimex Labs, operated by CHAIMEX LLC, 117 S Lexington Street Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, United States.

Services

Chaimex Labs provides AI automation services, including fixed-scope consultation plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) and custom automation builds scoped through a written proposal.

Fixed-scope plans

The four fixed-scope plans listed on our pricing section are one-time digital deliverables with the scope described on the site. They are consultation and strategy documents; they do not include implementation work.

Custom projects

Automation builds, AI assistants, and integration projects are governed by the written proposal agreed for each engagement, including scope, timeline, milestones, and payment terms. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is received.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access to the systems, accounts, and information needed for the engagement, and for ensuring you have the right to grant that access. Fees for third-party platforms and AI providers (such as automation platforms or model APIs) are billed by those providers directly to you unless the proposal states otherwise.

No guarantee of outcomes

We build automations to the agreed scope with reasonable skill and care. AI systems are probabilistic; we design human review and fallback steps into workflows, and we do not guarantee specific business results, time savings, or revenue outcomes.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive the rights to the delivered workflow configurations and documentation created for your engagement. We retain rights to our general methods, know-how, and pre-existing tooling.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of CHAIMEX LLC arising out of any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.
