Delivery Policy

All Chaimex Labs deliverables are digital. Nothing is shipped physically.

Fixed-scope plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) are delivered by email as documents, typically within 3–7 business days of purchase and receipt of the information we need from you.

Custom automation builds are delivered according to the milestones in the project proposal: workflows are configured in your accounts or handed over with documentation, and a supervised launch period is included as agreed in the scope.

If we need additional information or access to deliver, the delivery window starts when we receive it. Questions about delivery can be sent to contact@chaimexlabs.com.
