Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested for fixed-scope plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Enterprise) if work has not yet started.

Once a consultation or strategy deliverable has been completed and delivered, it is non-refundable.

For custom automation builds, any deposit becomes non-refundable once design or build work has begun on the agreed scope, as outlined in the project proposal. Amounts for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.
